Finding Happiness
How can I tell you how I found happiness? I didnβt find happiness. Happiness was here all along.
It doesnβt have a destination or even a source. Happiness just is, and you decide when it is convenient for you to ride it.
Happiness is a decision. As effortless as breathing.
You inhale happiness; you exhale happiness.
You donβt pay attention to it; you just do it.
Happiness is cultivated by time.
Like breathing, you can learn to breathe happiness appropriately.
You stop taking shallow breaths, and you learn to breathe happiness deeply.
You always have the capacity to choose the air that you take in your lungs; the same applies to happiness.
You start small, and things snowball with time.
Until happiness is just the way life is and it becomes as simple as breathing.
My happiness and joy have no source or object of inspiration; they are innate.
Because I donβt knowβ¦ When you are so close with God, this energy is enough to make you feel full and happy and joyous and peaceful and safe and loved and complete.
I could cry tears of joy about how much love there is around us, and the only thing you have to do is to feel it, and when you feel it, it is impossible to feel anything less than that anymore.
Ease your way into happiness so happiness can ease her way through you.

Facts. This is one of my favorite quotes: "A happy person is happy not because everything is right in his life. He is happy because his attitude toward everything in his life is right." Unknown
